What’s Included

  • 12 hours of flexible, day-of venue access and event time (includes setup and teardown time)

*Evergreen Events will waive the site fee for your rehearsal brunch, lunch, or dinner when utilizing our onsite catering for your meal. Preferred dates, times, and venue are based on availability.

Our Venues

There are several stunning venues to choose from on our campus for celebrations of all sizes and aesthetics: the Lodge, the Main Hall, the Space Museum, and a new Reception Hall and outdoor Ceremony Lawn coming in early 2025! These spaces can be reserved individually, or packaged together for a change in scenery from your ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. Our venues can accommodate small, intimate celebrations of 75 or less, as well as large parties up to 400!

The Lodge

The Lodge, nestled in between vineyards, wheat fields, and oak trees, adds an element of rustic charm to our campus. Lofty, vaulted ceilings and 20-foot tall windows create a grand backdrop for your nuptials, while separate alcoves with fireplaces and lounge furniture offer cozy spaces for your guests to mingle during the reception. The nearly 5,000 square-feet of event space and outdoor lawn make our Lodge ideal for an intimate wedding any time of year.

The Exterior of the Reception Hall

COMING SOON: Reception Hall

Our new Reception Hall and outdoor Ceremony Lawn is coming early 2025! This clean, modern venue will be located beside the Lodge, and can seat up to 250 guests. This space will feature floor to ceiling windows, sliding doors that open onto a large covered patio, audio­visual equipment, getting ready suites, expansive built-in bar, outdoor gas fireplaces and vineyard views. This space can be reserved by itself, or in conjunction with the Lodge.

The Space Museum

Experience a wedding venue like no other in the Space Museum, as you dance the night away beside exhibits of modern-day aircraft and dramatic 100-foot-tall ceilings and windows. As our largest venue, the museum boasts over 120,000 square feet of space for celebrations of up to 400 guests. Your guests will never forget celebrating next to a Titan II missile and an SR-71 Blackbird.

The Main Hall event space at Evergreen Events

THE Main Hall

The Main Hall, located on the mezzanine level of the Space Museum, offers a stunning bird’s eye view of the museum below. The space can host a range of events from bridal showers, to rehearsal dinners, to wedding receptions. The Main Hall features elements of contemporary charm with exposed steel beams and cafe string lights making it ideal for celebrations of all kinds.

On-Site Catering

Let us cater to you with our exclusive onsite catering department. We have a variety of menu items including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. If our menu doesn’t have exactly what you envisioned for your event, our talented culinary team is happy to customize a menu just for you. We are also fully licensed to serve beer, wine, and spirits. Our catering and bar offerings always include banquet servers, bartenders, china, flatware, glassware, serveware, linens and more. A standard 20% service charge is applied to all food and beverages prices.
