Set on the Evergreen campus — home to the Aviation & Space Museum, Wings & Waves Waterpark, a newly renovated events center, and a wedding chapel with adjacent reception hall — the AC Retreat will complete a year-round experience for families, groups, and leisure travelers.

Built with Purpose

Currently under construction by McMinnville Properties, a division of The Stoller Group, and designed by SERA Architects and built by R&H Construction, this landmark project reflects a long-term commitment to Yamhill County’s vitality. Once complete, the hotel will be operated by Escape Lodging and will blend contemporary design with the soul of Oregon wine country.
