Our Venues

There are several stunning venues to choose from on our campus for celebrations of all sizes and aesthetics: the Lodge, the Main Hall, the Space Museum, and a new Reception Hall and outdoor Ceremony Lawn coming in early 2025! These spaces can be reserved individually, or packaged together for a change in scenery from your ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception. Our venues can accommodate small, intimate celebrations of 75 or less, as well as large parties up to 400!

The Reception Hall

Our newest venue was designed with weddings in mind, with an open floor plan, functional spaces, clean aesthetic, and great natural light. Floor-to-ceiling windows showcase vineyard views, while a sliding wall panel opens to a wraparound covered patio with firepit and outdoor seating. Statement bar, full AV package, and two getting ready suites are included for your convenience. The venue also includes a paved outdoor Courtyard for optional cocktail hour or ceremony space.

The Lodge

Lofty, vaulted ceilings and windows create a grand backdrop for your ceremony or reception. Separate alcoves with fireplaces and lounge furniture offer cozy spaces for your guests to mingle, and genuine log siding and wood details create a warm and comfortable ambiance. The Lodge can be reserved on its own, or packaged with the adjacent Reception Hall to provide additional indoor and outdoor ceremony site options.

The Main Hall event space at Evergreen Events

THE Main Hall

Perched above the Museum’s East Pavilion, the Main Hall offers a bird’s eye view of the museum below. The space can host a range of events from bridal showers, to rehearsal dinners, to smaller wedding ceremonies and receptions. An attached game lounge with couches, TVs, and pool table offers additional space for socializing. Weddings in the Main Hall can enjoy the bridal suite on the mezzanine to get ready onsite. Capacity varies based on event type and table needs.

Ceremony Sites

When it comes time to say “I do,” we have options! For outdoor spaces, opt for the Courtyard off of the Reception Hall. The Courtyard overlooks lush Willamette Valley vines, trees, and scenery. For an indoor ceremony, or added flexibility, reserve the Reception Hall, Courtyard, and the adjacent Lodge for the ultimate wedding event. Use one venue as your weather-ready backup, or expand your footprint with room for cocktail hour, dancing, or lawn games.

On-Site Catering

Allow us to handle the food, beverages, and bar while you enjoy your day! Our talented culinary team has crafted an extensive menu with items to fit everyone’s tastes, budgets, and dietary restrictions. If our menu doesn’t have exactly what you envisioned, we are happy to customize a menu just for you! We are fully licensed to serve beer, wine, and spirits, and have convenient bar packages to take the guesswork out of budgeting for your wedding bar. Our catering and bar offerings always include banquet servers, bartenders, china, flatware, glassware, serveware, and more!
